Welcome to MyBrandMalls. We are committed to providing quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing mybrandmall301@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders are eligible for return under the same return conditions mentioned above.
- If a refund is approved for a COD order, the refund cannot be made in cash.
- The refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI to the bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
Online Payment Orders
For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, eligible products may still be returned according to this policy.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), MyBrandMalls will bear the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
